The Analysis of Relationship between Top Manager,Strategy and Performance in Chinese Enterprises

WANG Ying,GUAN Jian-cheng,MA Ning (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,School of Management,Beijing 100086)  
This paper classifies the enterprises according to the academic degree and position time respectively,and analyses the relationship between stragegies and performance. Using regression analysis method,we find that the differences of academic degree and position time affect the relationship between stragegies and performance indeed. In addition,the relationship between RD intensity and strategies is also analyzed in the enterprises guided by top manager with different academic degree and different position time. We find that different connections appear in these enterprises.
