The Analysis of Key Influence Factors on Voluntary Turnover Intention of Staff

Turnover intention is always considered as the most effective index in forecasting the behaviors of demission of staff.This paper begins with empirical investigation,then by GM(1,N) model and grey analysis to single out the key influence factors to turnover intention.Finally we concluded that there are 5 key influence factors of turnover intention in state-owned enterprises,namely: work content,promotion mechanism,compensation,perceived alternative employment opportunities,and feeling commitment.
