Multi-stimulation in nursing management

Objective Using American psychologist Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene theory in nursing management to improve the nurs ing quality and management level. Method Setup the target and organize a good qu ality control system. Randomly and periodically checking is needed. Analyze, eva luate and dispose the results every week and month. Use honor, emotion, catharsi s and reward methods to stimulate. Result Rewarding nursing managers’ strong wo rking ardor improved the efficiency of nursing management. Conclusion Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene theory have great value fo r nursing management.
