The implementation of performance evaluation and management for nurses

This article was about the implementation and method of performance evaluation and management for nurses. In practice we fully realized that nurses’ performance evaluation was an important component of nursing management. The performance evaluation could not only let every nurse know her advantages and shortcomings, but also make the managers have the chance to pay attention to every nurse’ performance and demands, apply communication skill and incentive mechanism to mobilize the initiatives of nurses in order to increase their occupational satisfaction.
