Finite element analysis on the frame of vibratory subsoiler

The finite element analysis was carried out on vibratory subsoiler frame to avoid deformation damage of vibratory subsoiler frame in the process of subsoiling.Based on three dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,aparametric model of vibratory subsoiler frame was established.The established model was imported into ANSYS Workbench,through the interface between SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench.The static structural module was used to analyze the finite element static analysis of vibratory subsoiler frame,got the analysis cloud of stress,strain and total deformation under the boundary conditions.The modal module was used to analyze the finite element modal analysis of vibratory subsoiler frame,got the preceding six order frequencies and vibration modes.The result showed that the deformation of the frame static analysis and the vibration amplitude of the frame low-order modal analysis were smaller,the frame structure met the design requirements,which provided the frame certain theoretical basis and reference for the design improvement and prototype production.
