The Application Study of GPS Multi-antenna Monitoring Technique in the Monitoring of Road Slope Disaster

GPS has become one of the most advanced deformation monitoring techniques because of its high precision,quick speed,whole weather and high automation scale.But the application of GPS in the monitoring of road slope disaster has been limited due to the high costs of the GPS monitoring systems.So this paper mainly introduces a GPS multi-antenna monitoring system and its practical app-lication in the deformation monitoring of road landslide.The experimentation has proved that the GPS multi-antenna monitoring system has the same precision as the conventional GPS static positioning method in the road landslide deformation monitoring.Its positioning accuracy is about 3~5mm.And the costs of the GPS monitoring system are greatly reduced in the mean time.Therefore,the target of high precision,automation and whole weather could be achieved in the monitoring of road slope disaster.
