Thermal Deviation on Gas Side of Large Capacity Boilers and Research Results

Many firing types applied in boiler will cause energy imbalance of firing products,which will affect the heat absorbing unifcrmity of work medium. Before reilef of the remaining rotation, tangential rotary firing will cause large gas temperature deviation on both sides of convection gas flue. Thermal deviation will be increased when the gas temperature deviation is added to the heat absorbing deviation of work medium, or the worse,overheated tube explosion of reheater may happen- Through years of tests and research,causes have been identified and the improving measures tound. Through tests performed in many improved bolers, good tesults have been obtained and the experiences have been summarized and spread to be widely used.
