A Research on Eliminating Residual Rotation at Furnace Outlet

In Centrifug al Firing System, residual rotation of airflow at furnace outlet is one of main reasons for gas temp. difference between two sides of horizcntal gas duct.Based on cold state modei tests, this paper gives research on causes of residual rotation in RG670/140-10 type boiler and eliminating methods, and proposes W value as basis of judging the capability of eliminating residual rotation by reverse mowing air, which can be regarded as a comprehensive index for eliminating residual rotation.
