The Study for the Wind Speed Character of the Non-bend Board Horizontal Impingement!Dense-weak Firing Burner

Since the January of 2003,the impingement horizontal dense-weak firing burner is adopted in No.3 boiler of Niang Ziguan Power.In the operation,there are some troubles,such as agglomerating seriously and outfire more frequently which is caused by falling coke.To solve there problem,the test for the wind speed of dense-weak output,is taken on the non-bend board impingement dense-weak firing burner.By the test,the rule for the wind speed of dense-weak side is gained: the wind speed of dense-weak side is affected by the position of impact block,which is at the inner side of the primary air pipe or not,more than that of the leagth of strait pipe,which is in the front of impact block.A proper impact block inserting depth is proposed as well,according to the test results.Using the advanced parameters in the operation for a few months,an obvious effective operation performance is adopted.
