Comparison of Different Dynamic Models for Single-Phase Heating Surface in Supercritical Boilers

On the basis of 600 MW supercritical boiler,three types of lumped parameter models of heating surfaces in superheater and reheater system are established.And a simulation program is designed to study the dynamic characteristics of the steam temperature when the opening of gas distribution damper changes.According to simulation results,the dynamic responses of steam temperature with different models are compared and analyzed,which provides advice on choosing a better dynamic model for single-phase heated surface in supercritical boilers.
