Experiment on Supercritical CO_2 Extraction of Phospholipids from Egg Yolk

Induces, analyzes and compares some typical technologies of supercritical CO2 extraction for phospholipids from egg yolk. Based on the chosen technology, the key equipment-extraction apparatuses improved. Through orthogonal experiments, the factors such as extraction pressure, temperature, time and lever number in extractor, which affect the deprivation rate are studied.
