Experimental Study on The Influence of The Atmosphere Conditions on The Typical Coal Slagging Characteristics

The slagging of heat transfer surfaces during the combustion of pulverized coal in power stations is a major problem that puzzle the boiler safety and economic run seriously.On the basic experiments of ash fusibility analysis of three selective coals,rew a conclusion that the reducing atmospheric can reduce the ash fusibility temperature of coals and induce the characteristics of coal ash slagging.udging the characteristics of coal ash slagging by single evaluating method and the multiple index evaluating method,rovided theoretical basis for avoid the slagging of boiler heating surface.Providing the oxidizing atmosphere,reduced the characteristics of coal ash slagging in the operation of boiler.
