Varieties of potential sensors based on the magnetic fluid unique properties

The magnetic fluid unique properties,including the magnetic flux principle,intelligent viscosity,liquid mobility,immersible,magnetooptic effect,acoustics and temperature properties,were analyzed in detail.The potential sensor mechanisms based on these unique properties and their applications were discussed.Singly using or combining with these properties,varieties of new type magnetic fluid sensors would be developed.These sensors would be applied in tilt,velocity,acceleration,volume,flow flux,nonmagnetic body or magnetic fluid density,magnetic field and magnetic fluid magnetization intensity measurement.It offers some direction meaning for magnetic fluid sensor research.
