Effect mechanism of polyaniline on shielding efficiency in shielding composite

Shielding component consisted of metal powder and polyaniline increase electromagnetic shielding efficiency in the range of high frequencies of electromagnetic wave in shielding composite,extending frequency width of electromagnetic wave applicable for effective shielding.Effect mechanism of polyaniline on shielding efficiency in composite was discussed.The results exhibit that polyaniline can be dissolved into resin resulting in conductive matrix,which impedes the transmitting of electromagnetic wave.It should be main reason of increasing shielding efficiency at the range of high frequencies of electromagnetic wave in metal powder/polyaniline composite.
