Thermal,Stability, Electrical Conductivity and Gas-Sensitivity of CdO Doped SnO_2 Nanometer Powder

In this paper, effects of CdO doping onthermal stability,electrical conductivity and gassensitivity of SnO_2 nanometer powder have beenstudied.It appears that only small amount of CdO isadded into SnO_2(Cd/Sn0. 05)and most of CdO israther well dispersed on the surface of SnO_2 powdersas amorphous state, The former is responsible forthe conductivity of CdO doped SnO_2 and the latterimproves its thermal stability. Much higher gassensitivity has been achieved because of CdO dopingand minute crvstallite size(6nm).
