Burnout Concept,Theories and Trend on the Research Field

Burnout is described difficulty when the relationship that people have with their work goes away,and is a prolonged response to chronic emotional and interpersonal stressor on the job.The discussion about burnout concept and theories of that is lack.Three dimensions of burnout and theories about burnout were introduced,trend on this research field was also analyzed in the paper.
