Bovine rumen fluid microflora in the decomposition of pentose Purification Research

Objective:Bovine rumen fluid microflora in the decomposition of pentose Purification.Methods:Fresh cattle in this experiment for the screening of rumen fluid source,through the value-added medium,filter medium,fermentation medium,seed medium,the colony morphology,microscopic morphology,fermentation isolation and culture. Results:This six kinds of strains for comparison of ethanol production,ethanol production capacity has been the highest for the A1 and B2-type bacteria type strains,A1-type bacteria from bovine rumen fluid activity of the highest production of alcohol,the bacteria for the production of ethanol 0.82%,B2-type colony activity was followed by production of alcohol,This strain was 0.53%of ethanol production.Conclusion:Experimental six kinds of strains were selected, receive six kinds of strains for comparison of ethanol production.
