Dye-Sensitized Nano-crystalline Film Solar Cells

Recent development progresses of dye-sensitized nano-crystalline film solar cells were reviewed.The structure and working principle of dye-sensitized nano-crystalline solar cells were introduced briefly.The latest research results and status of each component of solar cells were introduced emphatically,including nano-crystalline films,electrolyte system,dye-sensitizer,counter electrode and up-conversion luminescence.The research progresses of high-molecular polymer gel electrolyte and electric high-molecular polymer solid electrolyte were mainly introduced in the part of electrolyte system.Finally,the problems existed in study nowadays were discussed.The thoughts and strategies for improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency were suggested and the future development was overviewed.
