Comparison of Infrared Spectra Between the Native Yeast and Leat Adsorbed Yeast

The native yeast and the lead adsorbed yeast were examined by infrared spectroscopy.After the sorption,the major components and the structure of the biomaterial remained intact.The peak at 3389cm -1 shifted to 3356cm -1 .
