Studys on FT-NIR in the Fermented Grains Analysis

The four components including moisture,acidity,starch and residual sugar in fermented grains were analyzed fast and non-destructively by FT-NIR technique.The accuracy of FT-NIR is satisfied for the applications in ferment plant,and it is a useful application technique.
