Total Flavones in Houttuynia Cordata Thunb by Microwave-Assisted Extraction

Microwave-assisted extraction of flavones in Houttuynia Cordata thunb was studied.Five factors including the microwave power,the reacting time,the ratio of sample to liquor,the granularity of the sample and the time of immersion were optimized with extraction rate of flavones as target.The optimal experimental conditions were determined as microwave irradiation time of 5 minutes under the condition of the 640W power,the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume at 1 to 40,and slender houttuynia cordata thunb immersed for 60 minutes.
