Extracting Technology of Total Flavones in Folia Artemisiae Argyi by Microwave-Assisted,Alkali-Solution and Acid-Isolation

Microwave-assisted extracting was used in extracting flavones in folia artemisiae argyi combining with alkali-solution and acid-isolation.Four factors including the microwave power,the reacting time,the ratio of sample to liquor and the time of immersion were studied by taking the rate of flavones extracting as target.The highest extraction yield can be obtained as follows:regulated pH 8—9 with linewash,added 3% borax,when microwave irradiation time is 7 minutes under the condition of the 640W power,the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume is 1 to 8,and folia artemisiae argyi is to be immersed for 20 minutes,regulated the filtrate's pH 2—3 with hydrochlolic acid.
