Study on Laser Micro-Raman Spectra of Vegetables and Fruits

ZHANG Dan WANG Jun-Hong(Yancheng Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,Yancheng,Jiangsu 224002,P.R.China)  
The Raman spectra of vegetables and fruits before or after cleaning were studied by micro-Raman spectroscopy.It showed that the surface of different samples all had the distinct Raman spectra of carotene.The comparability afforded the conveniences for identifying the pesticide residue.Another Raman spectra different from the carotene's appeared in some samples,which afforded the possibilities of analysis the components of availability nutrition in the vegetables and fruits.Studying the surface components of these samples and the pesticide residue by the laser micro-Raman spectra was a convenient,fast and green analysis method.
