Separation and Purification of Total Flavones from Epimedium wushaense T.S.Ying by Macroreticular Resin

The suitable resin to separate and purify the total flavones from Epimedium wushaense T.S.Ying was screened and the optimum technological parameters of purification was established.D101,DM301,AB-8 types of macroreticular resin were used to separate and purify total flavones.The guidelines of investigation were adsorption capacity,elution ratio and adsorption velocity.The adsorption capacity,elution ratio and adsorption velocity of the AB-8 type of macroreticular resin were better than the other two types.The best elution liquid was 50% alcohol and the dosage was 3.6BV.The content of the total flavones was over 70.20% after being separated and purified.The technics is simple,convenient,inexpensive and is suit for production.
