Determination of Pesticide Residue Chlorpyrifos Methyl on Surface of Red Pepper by Laser Raman Spectroscopy with Internal Standard Method

The simulate residue amount of chlopyrifos methyl on surface of red pepper vegetable was determined by laser Raman spectroscopy,andβ-carotene was rich in red pepper,that was choosed as internal standard signal withβ-carotene of 1444.0cm~(-1) peak,and the relative spectral intensity was constituted by the characteristic Raman spectra 649.4cm~(-1) of pesticide chlopyrifos methyl and 1444.0cm~(-1) ofβ-carotene.The results showed there was a good linear relationship between relative spectral intensity and residue amount of pesticide chlopyrifos methyl,and the linear relation was R=0.143V+ 2.023 with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9895.The laser Raman spectroscopy internal standard method can be applied to determining the pesticide residue in the specified conditions.
