In this experiment, the techniques of simplying the operation forin-ovulo embryo culture of very early-ripening grape, raising the percent of germination and seedling production, culturing vigorous seedling were studied. The results were as followings the treatment that ovule were crossed cut in half not only can obtain high percent of germination and seedling production, and seedling grow vigorous, but also can simply the operation for in-ovulo embryo culturing of grape. The best hormone combination and best medium for in-ovulo embryo culturing were have been selected. We also found that embryo age and enough low temperature treatment were two key factors for raising the percent of germination and seedling production of in-ovulo embryo and culturing vigorous seedling.
