Correlation Analysis on Development of Anthocyanidin in Pericarp of Fuji Apple

The content of anthocyanidin controlled the coloration of the pericarp of Fuji apple and is significantly correlated with the length and width of the fruits by the exponetial function (y=ae~(bx));there are linear correlations between the anthocyanidin and the reducing suger, the soluble suger ,anthoeyanidin content in the flesh,the strength of the photosynthsis;and is negatively correlated with the chlorophyll content in the pericarp. Fuji apple should be harvested from the end of Oct. till the beginning of Nov. of the tree canopy will ventilated and illuminated ,the fruit will be colored fully,with better quality-more suger content,beautiful appearance and will be thus high priced.
