Studies on Orthogonal Design Mode and Antioxidant Activity of Rutin from Sophora Japonica L.

Sieving analysis the parameters of absorbing rutin from sophora by the bignest light absorbance,510nm of rutin as index and by the orthogonal design mode.The selected optimum parameters of rutin extracted from sophora japonica,Using super oxide anion radical method for antioxidant activity experiments.The results showed that alcohol extraction process was the most ideal backflow method and its parameters for ethanol concentration 80%,ethanol volume 100 ml,Ultrasound temperature 45℃,Through this way 11.6% of rutin can be extracted.Super oxide anion radical rutin of O2-·scavenging,showed a quantity-efficiency relation and the scavenging index of IC50 was 0.0305g/L in which ignificant differences exist(t=2.93,p0.05).
