Processing morel-milk compound drink

ZHANG Zhen (Department of Food Science and Engineering,Gansu Agricultural University, Lanzhou 730070, China)  
By taking the biological fermentational morel nutritional liquid as enrich nutritional material in compound dairy drink and using the twice times acidic process, a new health beverage was developed with a special flavor and taste. The main nutrition of this drink is as following : carbohydrate 7.79 %; protein 1.116 %; fat 1.27 %.
