Effect of exogenous hormones on growth of strawberry test-tube plantlets in salt stress

ZHENG Ping-sheng, JIN Fang, YAN Li-ping (Department of Horticulture, College of Agronomy, Gansu Agricultural University, Gansu, Lanzhou 730070, China)  
The effect of exogenous GA3, 6-BA, IAA, IBA and NAA on growth of strawberry test-tube plantlets was investigated in salt stress. The results showed that under certain salt stress, all of hormones could promote the growth of strawberry plantlets, increase the number of leaves and the ratio buds division. GA3 at 0.5 mg/L, 6-BA at 1.0 mg/L, IAA at 1.0 mg/L, IBA at 0.5 mg/L and NAA at 0.5 mg/L were the optical concentration for each tested hormone, respectively. GA3 had more effective to relieve the salt stress than others tested hormaned
