TENTATIVE RESEARCHES ON REGENERATION OF ACTIVE CARBON USING ULTRASONIC METHOD

In this paper,a new method of regeneration of active carbon using ultrasonic wave was described.Theoretical analysis and experimental results showed that the method was efficacious and feasible.The frequency,output power,action style and action time of the ultrasonic wave,the kind of adsorbate and granulated carbon sizes were primary factors in the process of ultrasonic regeneration.The ultrasonic regeneration had many advantages.
