Analysis of Low-lever Wind Shear in Yinchuan Hedong Airport and Its Circulation Situation

The 35 typical cases about low-level wind shear over Yinchuan Hedong Airport from Jannuary 2002 to June 2010 were selected from the voice way aircraft report,and the circulation situation resulting to low-level wind shear there was analyzed statistically.The results showed that the low-level wind shear weather occurred easily in spring(March to May) and during the period of 11:00-14:59 and 16:00-17:59,when was the most dense flights entering or leaving ports in Yinchuan Hedong airport,so the study of low-level wind shear had significance to flight safety guarantee.The occurrence of low-lever wind shear was closely related to five kinds of upper-lever situations,three kinds of ground situation and the ground shear line in northern of Ningxia.The use of circulation pattern,local climatic character and conventional observation data were beneficial to giving out early warning of low-level wind shear.
