Raman Spectra of Pesticides on the Surface of Fruits

The Raman spectra of fruits with pesticides were studied by near infrared Fourier transform Raman spectrometer (FT-Raman). It is shown that characteristic Raman spectra of fruits and pesticides were successfully recorded respectively. Thus, one can make use of FT-Raman to detect the pesticides that is left on the surface of the fruits.
