Effect of Different Chemical Composition on Coal Melting Characteristics under Weak Reducing Atmosphere

In this paper,the effect of kaolin,Ca2SiO3,Fe2O3,CaO,Al2O3,SiO2 on the fusion of characteristics of Ningxia coal ash under the weak reducing atmosphere was studied.The results indicate that: with the steadily added quantity of SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3 and CaO,the ash fusion temperatures would all be first decreasing and then increasing; acidic mineral kaolin can significantly improve the ash temperature; alkaline mineral Ca2SiO3 can reduce the fusion temperature of the ash.In a certain temperature range,kaolin,Al2O3 and SiO2can improve the ash fusion temperature,and kaolin is better;Ca2SiO3,Fe2O3 and CaO can reduce the ash fusion temperature,and the effect of Ca2SiO3 is more obvious.
