The research about extraction technology of Weikang Floating Sustained-release Tablet

Objective To optimize the best extraction process conditions of the effective component of Weikang Floating Sustained-release Tablet. Methods Determined the concentration of ethanol taking berberine hydrochloride as evaluation indexes;optimized the extraction process conditions of the effective component of Weikang Floa-ting Sustained-release Tablet according to L9(34)orthogonal experiment for an investigation about ethanol dosage,extraction time,extraction times influencing factors taking berberine hydrochloride and dry solid volume as evaluation indexes.Results The best extraction process of Weikang Floating Sustained-release Tablet effective component was determined as 6 times of 65% ethanol,reflux extraction three times,each time 1 h.Conclusion The process conditions were verified stable and possible for industrial production.
