Content Determination of Icariin in HaiLong Gejie Oral Liquid

Objective: To provide experimental evidence for quality control of HaiLong Gejie oral liquid through discussing the content determination method of icariin.Method: High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used for the content determination of icariin,the column was Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(25:75),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 270nm.Result: Icariin showed the better linear relationship in the range of 0.023 2~0.74 00 μg,and the regression equation was y=74988x+22920,R2=1.0.Based on the test results,the contents of icariin in the tentative preparations were not less than 1.35μg/mL.Conclusion: The method,simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,is effective for quality control of HaiLong Gejie oral liquid.
