N ondestructive assessm en t approaches to storage life of so lid propellan ts(Ⅰ)—ag ing characteristic param-eter surveillance m ethod

D irect-vision analysis and statistics check resu lts show that there exists linear correlation relationsh ip between the m echan i-cal property param eters and the gel fraction ofHTPB and NEPE,at the sam e tim e,the linear correlation wh ich belongs to single corre-spond ing relationsh ip is independent of aging temperature.Then gel fraction was taken as characteristic param eters to character the m e-chan ical property of propellant during the storage course.Calcu la-tion m ethod of regression equation was given to determ ine total re-gression relationsh ip.F inally nondestructive assessm ent approaches tak ing gel fraction as characteristic param eters were derived.
