Application of the valence electrons fractal combustion model in high energetic solid propellant

A valence electrons fractal combustion model of composite solid propellant based on the valence electrons combustion model and fractal theory was proposed.The burning rate and pressure index of high energetic propellant were simulated and calculated by using the model.The influence law of solid filler diameter and pressure on the burning rate was studied.The results show that the valence electrons fractal combustion model is suitable for the simulation of combustion properties of high energetic solid propellants.The calculation results of burning rate and pressure index for the high energetic solid propellant agree well with the experiment results.The error is within ±10%.
