Situation and Obligations Relating to the Construction of the Frame Digital Geospatial

Ruan Yuzhou (Development Research Center of Surveying and Mapping, State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping,Beijing,100830)
The construction of digital geospatial context is a vital basic work to push forward the information technology and digital in China at the land and resources sphere. It is also an urgent task in the field of surveying and mapping. The paper was summarizing the major progress realized until now during the launch of digital geospatial framework since the"Eleventh Five-Year Plan",analyzing key issues and opportunities to meet the challenges, and has proposed some ideas, major tasks as well as the appropriate measures in the digital geospatial framework's construction.
