Design of fuzzy PID control system of brushless DC motor based on DSP

As the application field of Brushless DC motor(BLDCM) continues to enlarge,it requires the control system can work stably and control exactly.So this paper takes the DSP chip(TMS320LF2407A) and the BLDCM special integrated circuits(MC33035) as the core to design the system hardware circuit.The Fuzzy-PID algorithm which is formed by combining traditional PID control and fuzzy control is applied to the hardware system,while the monitoring system is designed and a digital,intelligent BLDCM control system is realized.The result shows that the control system run steadily and control accurately,it is worth to introduce and apply the control system.
