Design of non-contact ultrasonic level measurement system

With the expansion of industrial production scale,more attention is focused on the requirements of the level measurement system's intelligence and small size and non-contact measurement has been a trend.This paper is designed and implemented a non-contact ultrasonic level measurement system based on S3C2440 with ARM9 microprocessor smallest system as the core,ARM-Linux as the operating system,by achieving the level measurement through the QT4 graphical interface.Now the design and test of the system has been accomplished,and the experiment results reach the expectation, the system can effectively distinguish between solid-gas interface and solid-liquid interface.
