Combination of bcg-polysaccharide nucleic acid,high-frequency electric ion operating and autoimplantation technique in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum

Objective To investigate the effect of bcg-polysaccharide nucleic acid combining with high-frequency electric ion operating and autoimplantation technique in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods Total 121 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into treatment group A(n=41),treatment group B(n=40) and control group(n=40).Patients in treatment group A accepted bcg-polysaccharide nucleic acid combining with high-frequency electric ion operating and implantation by acupuncture.The patients in treatment group B accepted bcg-polysaccharide nucleic acid combining with high-frequency electric ion operation and implantation by surgery.Patients in control group accepted high-frequency electric ion operating only.The total effective rate,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of each group were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment group A,treatment group B and control group were 95.1%,92.5%and 70%respectively.The recurrence rate of treatment group A and treatment group B were significantly lower than that of control group.The effect of acupuncture implantation was same as surgery implantation.Conclusion Bcg-polysaccharide nucleic acid combining with high-frequency electric ion operating and autoimplantation technique can be used effectively for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.
