Research on the Enterprise Strategy Innovation

KE You-liang DIAO Zhao-feng(School of Management, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070, China)  
The paper firstly elaborates the primary factors that impel the industry structure transformation and the enterprise strategy innovation. Then it points out the right behaviors when implementing the enterprise strategy innovation. When distributing the resources, the enterprise should regard the subversive innovation as a threat. When building a new business model, the enterprise should treat it as an opportunity. Finally, the paper proposes five specific tactics that respond to the industry structure transformation and impels the enterprise strategy innovation.
