Investigation of Factors Influence the Resilient Modulus of Noise Reducing Thin Surface Layer

The resilient modulus of noise reducing thin surface layer were measured under five different temperatures by indirect tension test.At each temperature,the test was carried out at five different frequencies.The factors that influence the resilient modulus were observed by the master curves of 20 ℃.The result indicates that the resilient modulus is influenced little by air void contents,while influenced by stone contens,bitumen contents,stone sizes and stone sources obviously.
