State of Art of Polymer Cement Paving Materials

LU Ke-qi;HAO Wen-bin;CHEN Xiao;ZHOU Ming-kai;The First Subsidiary of,CCCC Third Highway Engineering Co,Ltd;State Key Laboratory of Silicate Materials for Architectures,Wuhan University of Technology;  
Asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete are commonly used as pavement materials nowadays.But the use of these types of concrete in tunnels is restricted.As a kind of new pavement material,polymer cement material is a kind of cement concrete which is reinforced and modified by polymer.It has low elastic modulus,high toughness, good workability and durability.Therefore,it is very suitable for the construction of pavement in tunnels of express highways.
