A study of conditions of effective extraction from bamboo leaf and its anti-oxidative activity

The relation between the conditions of extraction from bamboo leaf and its anti oxidative activity was studied in this paper The POV was analyzed The results showed that extraction from bamboo leaf had a strong anti oxidative property It was found that the anti-oxidation of the extraction was as good as that of Vitamin C One of usable technique parameters was determined by orthogonal test: alcohol concentration 50%(v/v), socking time for 16 hours,socking temperature at 84℃
