Extraction and Application of Tea Polyphenol

WANG Yu-chun(School of Petrochemical Technology,Lanzhou University of Technology,Lanzhou 730050,China)  
Tea polyphenol,active ingredient in the tea,has been widely used in foods,fats,medicine and chemical industry.The component,property,the methods of extraction,application and prospect of tea polyphenols are been introduced respectively in this essay.
