Selection and synthesis evaluation of image measurement definition algorithm for miniature parts

The selection and synthesis evaluation of the image measurement definition algorithm are established,and the optimization and consolidation of the algorithms are researched.Based on the image meaurement methods for miniature parts,a telecentric image measuring system is used to collect images at different working distances,and the correlation algorithms are applied to appraise the definition.The principal component analysis and the factor analysis are employed to analyze the data.The evaluating algorithm suitable for the definition in image measurement is worked out from the 8 algorithms,and the synthesis evaluation model of definition has also been established.The experimental results show that the proposed data mining algorithm is able to make a choice in different evaluations aiming at the exclusive requirement.The quantity of data becomes 176 from 1 408 while the accuracy of the algorithm remains.The presented data mining algorithm is also able to make choice or colligation for many different estimations with the same destination.
