Precise measurement instrument for temperature and specific radiance of high temperature object using laser and standard heat noise radiating source and 8031 chip microprocessor

In this paper, the precise measurement instrument, which could simultaneously measure temperature and specific radiance of static or slow velocity high temperature object, is introduced. This instrument uses laser beam as light source, uses shelter plate as standard heat noise radiating source, and uses 8031 chip microprocessor as signal processing center. This instrument mainly consists of three parts: optical emitting and receiving system, signal amplifying and controlling system, and display system. The principle and structure of this instrument are introduced in detail in this paper. The key technologies and the corresponding solution methods are discussed. The effects on specific radiance and temperature measurement precision by measurement precision of L 1, L 2, L 3 and E λ are analyzed.
