Correction of profiling method to process concave conic aspheric elements

Based on the principle of profiling with a solid cone,there are no theoretic errors to make any convex conic surface on the optic elements.But to the conic surfaces,only arc enveloping mode can be used and theoretic errors are exist inevitably.Solutions such as decreasing the tool's curvature radius,using means of single dimensional numerical control compensation or profiling with a hollow cone are effective.The two in front can reduce the errors but can not eliminate it in practice.Only by profiling with a hollow cone the theoretic errors can be avoided.
